We had Chim Chimney come do an inspection on our fireplace chimney, expecting to need a new damper to increase the drafting capabilities. The technician came out, inspected our chimney and explained in great detail where our draft issues were coming from. We ended up not needing a new damper and were so relieved to find a company that wasn’t interested in selling services we didn’t need. We will gladly use them again!
